Being "FIT" doesn't mean you work out for a while and eat right just so you can reach a goal, then give it all up and go back to eating junk and sitting on the couch watching tv! It's a COMPLETE LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
I will forever be grateful for these lessons I have learned- and I will continue to be active and eat healthy the rest of my life. Not because I HAVE TO... But because that's who I CHOOSE TO BE! I am no longer a yo-yo dieter. I no longer eat food that makes it harder for my body to do what it naturally does- heal itself and maintain balance! I relish the fact that my body is strong and capable, and I want to keep it that way for a long, long time! More than that, I want to set an example and show others how to do the same thing.
