My job, in a nutshell: I match people up with workouts and meal plans based on what would fit best into their life, and then I help them every step of the way along their journey. I love being able to help others become leaders and coaches if that's something they're interested in too, and I also love helping people who just want to push themselves with something new! I lead both coaches and challengers in their challenges and accountability and support groups.
1. Fitness Programs
You get to choose your workout from a huge variety of programs, which you can find on my webpage, www.beachbodycoach.com/wyowendyjo . All the workouts are set up so that pretty much anyone can do them. Yes, they can be intense, but there is also a modifier to watch for someone just starting out.
- What would you like to try?
- 21 Day Fix? That's a FANTASTIC all-around fitness program that lasts just three weeks and includes cardio and strength training...
- The Master's Hammer and Chisel? A more intense program focused on sculpting your body into the shape you've always dreamed of...
- PiYo? Pilates and yoga combined to strengthen and tone your body without high-impact cardio...
- P90X3? Thirty minute intense workouts with trainer Tony Horton that get you into shape without stretching your schedule.
2. Nutrition Guidelines
Beachbody offers several nutrition programs, as well as a portion control meal planning system (created by NUTRITIONISTS), which will help you get the right amount of fats, proteins and carbs daily. But the basis of all the programs is the idea of eating “CLEAN.”
Clean Eating 101:
1. Make fresh fruits and vegetables the center of your diet.
They’re dense with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and fiber that your body needs! They’re also the perfect way to get the carbohydrates necessary to fuel your day without any of the health problems associated with processed, nutrient-depleted “bad” carbs (such as refined flour, bread, and chips).
2. Be picky about your proteins.
When we eat protein, it’s broken down into amino acids—our bodies’ building blocks—so where we get it from is important. Choose only the healthiest, leanest protein sources, and go organic, whenever possible.
3. Don’t be afraid of “good” fats.
Fat is another important fuel source. It also helps you feel full and it transports important nutrients into your body. The trick is to avoid processed, oxidized, and hydrogenated fats while getting the right balance of good fats, especially fatty acids.
4. Keep hydrated.
Water is critical to flushing out toxins, helping to absorb nutrients, and keeping the body running smoothly. We recommend that you drink half your weight, in ounces, every day. So if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of pure, filtered water.
5. Stay away from the junk
This may seem like the hardest part of clean eating, but after a few weeks of clean eating and Shakeology, you’ll be surprised by how packaged foods that contain artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, and preservatives don’t even taste good anymore.
6. Eating right is not about rigidity.
There is no single perfect way to eat clean. Some people thrive on a vegan diet. Others thrive on a meat-based regimen such as Paleo. Finding out what works for you and what will help you achieve your personal goals is just a matter of exploration. Pay attention to how your food makes you feel, keep a food journal, don’t be afraid to try new plans, and get in touch with what makes you thrive. Just make sure to keep it clean.
At just over $4 per serving, Shakeology is an incredible value. Each serving packs up to 17g of protein per serving along with whole-food nutrition from some of the most nutrient-dense superfoods on the planet. This combination of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, phytonutrients and rare adaptogens is unparalleled. Beachbody is exceptionally proud of the benefits Shakeology delivers. Beachbody makes great efforts to ensure the high quality and purity of ingredients- when all of this is factored in, the value is truly impressive.
Each serving contains the same nutritional value as:
3 cups of romaine lettuce
4 cups of raw mushrooms
1 shot of wheatgrass
1 bowl of exotic fruit
3 raw onions
7 raw carrots
4 cups of non-fat yogurt
4 cups of red radishes
4 cups of raw broccoli
1 cup of peas
10 cups of cauliflower
Buying all of these ingredients individually would cost approximately $41 versus just $4 for one serving of Shakeology!
Your coach will match people up with workouts and meal plans based on what would fit best into their life, and then help them every step of the way along their journey.

About Your Coach:
At age 22, I was in size 22 jeans. At age 42, I ran a 5k in Red Lodge, Montana. It was a long, hard twenty years in between, losing a few pounds here, gaining a few back here, dedication for a few months, then losing my will for a few more. I tried cutting carbs, cutting fat, I tried supplements and fad diets. The only consistent success I have had has been in the last six years, when I learned that a combination of whole, unprocessed foods with a structured exercise program can keep the weight off while providing me with a food plan I can live with the rest of my life.
I want YOU to have the same success that I have achieved!! I want YOU to have a before and after picture!! I want YOU to be that success story that other people find inspirational!!
